Terms

These terms are between you and Marian Penguin Arts Studio SRL, Romania (support@ownthereality.com). OwnTheReality is a self-awareness journal. You mark a heavy thought or a thought that holds you. The mirror shows the balance over time. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment. The wizard is a voice and a room, not a clinician. You must be old enough to agree to a contract where you live. The service is not offered to children under 13. You keep the words you write. You grant us only what we need to store and show them back to you. Do not use the service to harm others or to break the law. Premium is one tier: $4.99 per month, or $29.99 per year with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. On the web, Stripe bills the price shown at checkout and the subscription renews until you cancel in the billing portal. On iPhone and Android, Apple or Google bills you through In-App Purchase. The price shown in the store is the price you pay, tax included where the store adds it. A store subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Restoring purchases puts an existing store subscription back on this account. Deleting your OwnTheReality account does not cancel a store subscription. We may suspend an account that abuses the service. You may erase yours at any time from Settings or from the delete-account page. The service is provided as it stands. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Romanian law applies, without taking away rights you cannot waive as a consumer.
